With heavy hearts and deep sadness the Officers and Members of Brandywine Hundred Fire Company, No. 1 announce the untimely passing of our Treasurer, Sharon Liberatore who passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 8, 2022.

Sharon joined Brandywine Hundred Fire Company as an Associate Member on August 7, 2019. As a volunteer, Sharon served on a variety of committees including but not limited to; the Halloween Fire Prevention Parade, Fund Drive, Open House & the Santa Program. On December 1, 2021 during our annual election meeting Sharon was elected as Treasurer; the first woman in the company's history to be elected into this position. Sharon proudly served along side of her husband Dominic who is also an associate member and firefighter son Vincent who currently serves as an Assistant Engineer.

Sharon's positive energy, dedication and service to our organization and the community she so willingly served embodied all of the characteristics of a great volunteer.

We at Brandywine Hundred Fire Company extend our heartfelt condolences to Dominic, Nicholas (Jamie), Anthony (Kristy), Vincent and the entire Liberatore family. Rest in Peace Sharon as you will be forever missed and never forgotten.

Services for Sharon will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
