Passing of Life Active Member David E. Kibler, Sr.

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the Officers and Members of Brandywine Hundred Fire Company announce the passing of David "Keebee" Kibler, Sr. who passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at the age of 61.


David was a Life Active member with (20) years of active service and was proud to serve along with his son, Steven J. Hammerer who is a firefighter and serves as Secretary. During his time at Brandywine Hundred Fire Company David proudly held several positions including; Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief and Assistant Engineer. David also volunteered many hours in the kitchen assisting with the cooking for BHFC's annual children's Christmas party.


Services for David will be held on Friday, September 29, 2017 @ Spicer-Mulliken Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, Delaware. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:00 am - 12:00 Noon, followed by the funeral service which will begin at 12:00 Noon. Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park in New Castle, DE.

Rest in Peace "Keebee" as you will be forever missed and always remembered.
